My Journey

My journey didn't start in marketing — it started with code.

In 2017, I began learning HTML, CSS, and later Python — building websites and developing an analytical mindset. That foundation taught me how to think systematically, which turned out to be exactly what performance marketing requires.

The turning point came when I realized: a website without traffic is invisible. That insight pulled me into digital marketing — starting with SEO and organic growth, then expanding into paid media, funnels, and CRM operations.

In 2023, I joined STS Global Education as a Digital Marketing Specialist. I ran Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for the Bangladesh market — moving from experimentation to execution at real budgets and real accountability. That role built the operational discipline that carries through everything I do now.

In 2025, I was promoted to Marketing Team Lead. The scope expanded to Bangladesh and Nepal, the team grew, and so did the responsibility — leading a cross-functional team, owning multi-market strategy, and being accountable for end-to-end performance.

Beyond running campaigns, I own the full growth system: audience strategy, creative testing, HubSpot CRM workflows, funnel optimization, and marketing-to-sales alignment across multiple markets.

I'm focused on roles where marketing is treated as a growth engine — not just a cost center.

My Approach

I approach growth marketing as a systems problem, not a creative one. The most reliable results come from building structured processes — defined audiences, tested messaging, qualified lead flows, and clear feedback loops between marketing and sales.

Every campaign I run starts with a hypothesis: who is this person, what do they need to hear, and what action do we want them to take? From there, it's testing, reading the data, and iterating. I prioritize CPL efficiency over raw volume — leads that don't convert are just wasted spend.

I also believe strongly in marketing-to-sales alignment. A campaign that generates hundreds of leads means nothing if the sales team can't close them. The quality of the handoff matters as much as the top of the funnel.

Leadership Philosophy

When I moved into a team lead role, I quickly learned that my job was no longer just to run campaigns — it was to make the team better at running them.

I focus on clarity: clear goals, clear accountability, and honest feedback. People do their best work when they understand why a task matters, not just what to do. I try to document processes, share learnings openly, and give the team room to experiment without fear of failure.

I lead by example. I won't ask the team to own something I wouldn't own myself.

What I'm Working Toward

I want to grow into a Head of Marketing or Growth role — one where I can shape strategy, not just execute within it.

I'm drawn to organizations scaling fast across multiple markets that treat marketing as a core growth driver rather than a support function. I want to work in environments where data and creativity are both valued, testing is encouraged, and the marketing team has a direct line to business outcomes.

Long-term, I'm building toward being someone who can take a brand into a new market from scratch — with full ownership of audience research, creative development, CRM operations, and funnel analytics.

Interests

My interests sit at the intersection of marketing and technology. I follow developments in AI and automation closely — not just as productivity tools, but as a shift in how audiences discover, evaluate, and respond to marketing.

I spend time exploring generative AI, answer engine optimization, and the move from keyword-based search to conversational discovery. I think about how these changes affect content strategy, audience targeting, and the way brands need to show up online.

I also build things — small projects in Python and web development that keep me close to the technical side of marketing infrastructure. It sharpens my thinking and occasionally produces something useful.
